Bimkorlings Nigeria Limited

The practice began in health service delivery and pharmacy informatics, working inside systems where data infrastructure could not be assumed.
Who we are
Bimkorlings Consults™ is a health informatics and outcomes research firm advancing health equity through practical, evidence-based work. We help public health agencies, health systems, and community partners turn complex programs into measurable results — especially where data, workflow, and accountability meet.
Our history
Nigeria
The practice began in health service delivery and pharmacy informatics, working inside systems where data infrastructure could not be assumed.
Canada · Alberta
Canadian operations brought public health program management, evaluation of publicly funded programs, and interoperability-informed measurement into the practice.
United States · New Jersey
U.S. operations extended the work into state health agency procurement, outcomes research on administrative data, and federal-standard evaluation design.
Our approach
What began in Nigeria in 2010 has grown into an international advisory practice operating through two legal entities. That growth reflects a sustained commitment to implementation-focused work grounded in real-world evidence, mixed-methods evaluation, policy analysis, and interoperability-informed measurement.
We translate research and public data into decision-ready tools: dashboards, maturity models, monitoring frameworks, metric dictionaries, and implementation playbooks. Each is built to be operated by the team that inherits it, not by us.
Our work is designed for real-world constraints — limited time, incomplete data, complex stakeholder environments, and rising pressure to show measurable results. Having worked at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations, we know where progress stalls. That experience shapes how we scope every engagement.
We build engagements around the questions leaders must answer and the decisions they must make — then we design the evidence and tools to support those decisions credibly and practically.

Our difference
In a field where findings often end their life in a silo or a PDF, we work for operational traction. Five reasons clients engage us.
U.S. and Canadian delivery knowledge in one team, so comparative policy questions are familiar rather than foreign.
Survey work, evaluation, analytics, informatics, and implementation under one roof — no handoffs between vendors.
Built for leadership, boards, funders, and partner stakeholders, not for the file.
Focused on useful findings and feasible recommendations that survive contact with real constraints.
A senior team with academic, public-sector, healthcare, business analysis, and consulting backgrounds.
The designs we bring to client work are the ones we publish and peer review in the literature.
Team
A small senior team. The people named here are the people on your engagement.
